In NOAH'S ARKANSAS a doublewide trailer home sees three generations of men trying to prune their sprawling family tree. 14-year-old Michael lives with his mom in Tulsa, and every summer he visits his irresponsible father with the young wife. This year is different, though. Mom's not coming to back get him. Now Wayne, the part-time dad, is forced to grow up and become a full-time man.
